We do Accept Orders To Be Shipped Outside The United
States.
Shipping Policies
We only ship orders to the 50 United States and cannot ship to
U.S. Territories.
We cannot accept any Non-U.S. Method of Payment.
We cannot accept any credit card with a billing address outside
the 50 U.S. States.
All orders shipped same day if placed before 4pm EST.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either
re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly
addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are
generated directly from the shipping information you have
entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other
addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you
will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will
charge us a fee for this correction.

CompletelyClean: Guarantee and Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase,
just return the item's) with unopened packaging, complete with
the seals in place, with a short note explaining the reason for
return and a copy of your invoice. If you wish to exchange an
item, please note which product's) you wish to exchange for. It
is wise to ship return items via mail insured Parcel Post.
Please allow 4 weeks to process your return. There will be a
15% restocking fee on all retuned packages. We do not refund
shipping.
All credits will remain on file to be used at a future date
unless a request for refund is received by Completely Clean Co.

Please note that each order is checked twice before being
shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges
when we ship the wrong and defective items
All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us completelyclean@passyourdrugtest1.com to
obtain a RMA number.
Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original
payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return. We
recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that
your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
